Who we are

What we collect
When you make an enquiry, book a service, place an order or become a customer we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postal address and vehicle registration.
When you look up a vehicle by registration we retrieve its make, model, year and tyre size from a licensed vehicle-data provider and may keep that record so we can serve you faster next time.
Standard technical information (IP address, browser, pages visited) is recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, carry out the work you have asked for, invoice you, and keep a service history for your vehicle.
To send you reminders about MOT, servicing or tyre wear where you have given us your contact details for that purpose. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To meet our legal obligations, including keeping accounting records.
Who we share it with
Our suppliers and service providers who help us run the business — for example our hosting, database, email and SMS providers, and our vehicle-data provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to 12 months. Customer, vehicle and invoice records are kept for six years after the last transaction, as required for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as remembering the tyres in your basket. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
